19. The Library Express – Masks: Residents of the Lackawanna County Juvenile Detention Center. This First Friday’s exhibit will be titled “Masks.” Over 25 intriguing papier mache masks created by residents of the Lackawanna County Juvenile Detention Center will be displayed. Art direction by Lolita Nogan. Music by Patrick Finnerty. 5pm – 8pm.
