Resurgence of the 300 Block of Penn Ave.
Just in time for the First Friday Scranton Art Walk, the 300 Block of Penn Avenue is bustling with new businesses and activities. Over the last year, the block has undergone numerous renovations, allowing multiple businesses to move into storefronts that were once empty and rundown buildings.
