Venue Requirements
All registered events must be free to the public, that is they may not have an admission or suggested donation to enter the event.
Be located within the “main street district” defined as Jefferson Avenue to Mifflin Avenue and Bogart Court (behind Lackawanna Avenue) to Olive Street.
Provide info regarding your artist(s) a MINIMUM of two weeks prior to the event online at www.firstfridayscranton.com
If possible submit digital images of artwork to be used in PR efforts. Submit info to jeff@firstfridayscranton.com. You are also encouraged to submit your information directly to local media.
Either print off copies of the PDF flyer you will be emailed or contact Randy Shemanski at rshemanski@timesshamrock.com to arrange for delivery of a bundle of Electric City papers on the day prior to First Friday each month.
Report estimated monthly attendance numbers when entering event information for next month on website

Public Service Announcements promoting the event on WNEP and FM 92.1 radio
Monthly ads including map (showing your business!) in Electric City
Provide you with a roster of artists and musicians you can contact to book in your venue.
Pitch feature stories to local media about event
Monthly flyer distributed to email list, posted on various regional websites. Flyer will also include map showing your business!
